I received a w2 for short term disability payments ? - do you get w2 from disability

I was on maternity leave for six weeks. My employer paid me for six weeks as normal. It was as if I was still at work. When I returned, I had my check-mark short term 'disability' to them. Now I just got a W2 from the insurance company. Shall I say that these taxes were not paid, even though my company pays me and took all the payroll taxes and revised as appropriate in view of my disability?
